The night shift, engineered
Every feed matched to the penny. AI categorises 95% of transactions; the anomalies get caught and resolved by a human accountant.
A second set of qualified eyes on every file. A Chartered Accountant signs off a 10-point QC checklist before anything reaches you.
Review-ready books in your QuickBooks or Xero by morning — documented, cross-referenced, and wearing your brand, not ours.
categorisation accuracy before a human ever looks
business-day turnaround on a standard client file
below the fully-loaded cost of a domestic hire
documented QC checklist on every single file
No ticket queues. No account managers.
Every engagement comes with a direct line to the CA who actually signs your QC — not a support inbox.
Morning! March close is in your QBO — QC attached. One flag: the $5,000 Zelle on the 14th. Owner draw or vendor payment?
That's a vendor — new landscaper. Invoice coming.

Fluent in your stack
Accountant-role access to your subscription — your data never leaves your systems, and there's nothing new for your clients to learn.
Deliberate boundaries
You remain the agent of record. Your licensed CPA/CA reviews, signs, and files everything.
Data security & privacy
No tool ever sits between you and your data. We work inside your systems, under your audit trail — so the strongest controls are the ones that cost nothing and hide nothing.
A signed NDA precedes any access, every time. Confidentiality is contractual and survives the engagement.
Multi-factor authentication on all accounts we touch — no shared passwords, no exceptions.
Accountant-role logins only — never owner or admin credentials. You grant exactly what the work needs.
The work happens inside your QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho. No downloads to local machines, no copies to manage.
Every action is logged by your own software's activity history — verify what we did, line by line, any time.
Credentials are revoked the day an engagement closes — and you can revoke them yourself at any moment. A DPA is available for UK GDPR engagements.
Flat. Monthly. Per client file.
$250/file/mo
A single steady file, done properly.
Most firms start here
$450/file/mo
Higher-volume files with reporting.
$650/file/mo
Complex files, CFO-grade support.
No setup fees. No client minimums. Month-to-month — cancel anytime. Volume rates from 5+ files.
Where this sits in the market: white-label desks typically run $300–$800 per client/month — many with 5-client minimums and per-call charges. Retail services like Bench and Pilot start at $299–$499/month in their software, with no CA review and no white-label. WhiteLedgers works inside your stack, with CA sign-off, unlimited access and no minimums — from $250.
Founder-led, by design
I'm Swati Ahuja — a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and ACCA, with years spent across US, UK and UAE engagements. I've seen what firms actually receive from typical offshore desks: files with no documentation, no consistency, and no one accountable — work partners had to redo at midnight.
So the rules here are simple: I personally review the QC on every founding-cohort client's files. Every delivery carries a documented checklist and a query log. You can message me as often as you like — during the engagement and after it. And you start with a pilot on one real file, at a fee you decide — because trust is earned on your books, not on a sales call.

Straight answers
Accountability and paperwork. A Chartered Accountant reviews and signs a 10-point QC checklist on every file, every delivery ships with a query log, and you start with a free pilot on one real client file. If the pilot doesn't survive your review, you've lost nothing.
No — deliberately. We prepare books and workpapers; we never use a PTIN/EFIN, never sign, never e-file, and never represent clients before the IRS. Your CPA stays the agent of record on everything.
NDA before any access. Accountant-role logins with MFA only — never owner credentials. Encrypted transfer, VPN during work sessions, no local storage. Handling is aligned to IRS Pub 4557, and a WISP is available on request.
It's the mechanism that makes "closed by morning" possible. Files you send at 5 PM EST are worked during our day and back before your morning coffee. We overlap your morning for calls and same-day queries.
One client file, two weeks, no contract — and you decide the fee. Name a number you consider fair for a full month-end close with the QC checklist and query log, judged on your standards, in your QuickBooks. If it doesn't survive your review, walk away.
Yes — Xero-first workflows, MTD-aware processes, and UK management accounts with commentary and KPIs. We work afternoon and early-evening UK hours, and support UK practices through year-end crunch.
No. We prepare VAT return workings, year-end files, and management accounts for your review — but we never act as HMRC agent, never submit, and never sign. Your practice signs everything.
A DPA accompanies every engagement. Data handling follows UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: encrypted transfer, MFA-only access, no local storage, and access revoked the moment an engagement ends.
Xero first, plus QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks, Dext, Hubdoc and BrightPay. We work inside your subscriptions with accountant-role access — your data never leaves your stack.
One client file, two weeks, no contract — and you decide the fee. A full management-accounts pack or month-end close with the 10-point QC checklist, delivered in your Xero, judged on your standards.
We prepare the books and workings behind both — IFRS-aligned records, 9% Corporate Tax computations support, and 5% VAT return workings with FTA-compliant documentation. Your registered tax agent or auditor reviews and files; we never submit to the FTA ourselves.
Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks and Tally — we work inside your subscription with role-based access. If you're not on cloud software yet, we'll set it up as part of onboarding at no charge.
Dubai is our easiest overlap — Gulf Standard Time runs alongside our full working day, so you get live responses from morning to evening, plus unlimited chat with the Chartered Accountant during and after any engagement.
NDA before any access, MFA-only logins with accountant roles, nothing stored on local machines, and every action visible in your own software's audit trail. Access is revoked the day the engagement ends — or the moment you choose.
One entity, two weeks, no contract — and you decide the fee. A complete month's books with reconciliations, the 10-point QC checklist and a query log, delivered in your software, in AED if you prefer.
Send us your messiest file and name a fair fee for the pilot month. If the close we return doesn't survive your review, walk away — no contract, no lock-in.

Book a call
Pick a channel. Either way you'll be speaking directly with Swati, and either way the first step is a 30-minute conversation about one client file.
On the call: 30 minutes, no pressure — scope one file, agree the pilot fee (your number), and sign the NDA before any access.
